What these figures establish
This is a growing register of publicly disclosed financing for space computing and the companies behind it. The initial register draws on reviewed SignalSpore evidence. Historical coverage is incomplete. Missing financing means not recorded, not unfunded.
The default view includes financing with an explicit space-computing purpose. Broader corporate rounds require a separate scope selection and have no implied allocation to data centers. Grants are awards, not proof of money disbursed. Debt facilities, nonbinding proposals and planned capex have separate views.
Each round or distinct tranche is counted once. Updated round totals replace earlier versions. Valuations, cumulative fundraising headlines, secondary share purchases and investor contributions already included in a round are excluded. SAFE funding remains separate from priced equity. A project filter shows related financing, not an allocated project budget.
USD totals include funding reported in other currencies. Original amounts are shown in parentheses. Only exact and approximate disclosed amounts enter numerical totals. Time-series charts also require sufficient dates. Undated financing can appear in the company comparison without an invented date. Bounds such as “more than” and “up to” remain in the table. Dated links preserve register knowledge from the chosen time. They do not reconstruct coverage before this register existed.
