TelePIX TetraPLEX processor demonstrations
This project focuses on enabling onboard-computing hardware program.
TetraPLEX is TelePIX’s onboard AI processor program. TelePIX reported successful orbital image-processing and attitude-estimation tests in October 2024. The processor later flew on BlueBON and on D-Orbit’s DNAV navigation payload, with each flight retaining its own mission history.
TelePIX · Reported orbital demonstration
Scope: Enabling research · A processor development and flight-validation program used across missions, with no defined shared computing platform.
Figures retain their disclosed units and scope. Launched hardware does not establish demonstrated performance; targets may change. Not disclosed means no figure in the reviewed sources.
Technical launch guidance, transportation, integration into ION and in-orbit demonstration services for two TelePIX Tetraplex onboard-processor missions.
The two demonstration missions were originally targeted for June 2024.
Announced 13 Dec 2023 · Evidence checked 14 Oct 2026
Manual review with evidence gaps 5 Nov 2026. Orbital processor tests are confirmed. TelePIX’s DNAV directory entry and D-Orbit’s dated flight account give different launch timelines. Primary body last observed not available. Source monitoring: unavailable. Source collection and substantive profile review are separate checks. Plans and dates may change.
