WHAT REMAINS UNKNOWN
  • The current founder portfolio and company homepage target Spark Q3 2027. The current homepage targets Forge Q1 2029 and a constellation in 2030 to 2032. Earlier LinkedIn Spark Q1 2028 and differing Forge targets remain qualified historical disclosures. The current homepage is undated.
  • Flight funding, named hardware suppliers, customers and launch contracts are not established. Founder-funded incorporation and initial corporate operations are separate from flight funding.
  • The company homepage reports four unnamed nonbinding letters of intent. They do not constitute purchase commitments. Unnamed European R&D partners do not establish individually allocated procurement.
  • 41.4 PFLOPS is an unverified NLO-Mini claim with unspecified precision. It is not Spark measured performance.
  • LSA business-plan submission and review are not funding approval. Fit4Start pitching preselection is not a funded award. The homepage describes an ORBIT-SCOUT feasibility study with Luxinnovation planned from November 2026 to July 2027.
