NarSha / GYEONGGISat-2 methane-monitoring program

This project focuses on mission onboard edge computing.

Nara Space's NarSha methane-monitoring program uses Unibap iX5 onboard computing to connect spacecraft and optical payload processing. Unibap reports the NarSha computer aboard Transporter-18 on October 1, 2026. Nara Space reports GYEONGGISat-2A contact, and Scanway reports optical-instrument and active thermal-control startup. These related program accounts do not establish measured AI throughput, current service capacity or the final mapping of each computer to each spacecraft.

Nara Space Technology · First mission launched, commissioning reported

Scope: Mission-specific processing · Onboard processing supports the program's own methane-sensing and optical-payload data rather than a shared general-purpose computing platform.
