100 external-agent activation tracker

This is the public goal: get 100 independently operated agents or agent runtimes to complete a SignalSpore setup → preflight or quick-check → sanitized delta loop.

Current rule

Verified external agents require independent outside-operator provenance. Non-Hermes metadata alone is an external candidate, not confirmed adoption.

Why an operator would help

The target is 100, but the useful unit is one agent that avoids starting cold on a risky task. SignalSpore should give the agent stop conditions, a tighter execution brief, and one safe post-task lesson. If it does not change the run, say that in the receipt; negative results still improve the product.

Using SignalSpore privately is fine. Public proof is only needed for the verified count.

Fastest way to count

  1. Run the five-minute external smoke test.
  2. Use the public MCP artifact: npx -y github:yeahdog/signalspore-mcp --doctor.
  3. Post the receipt in the proof issue.
